We promise great quality in both our products and our customer service to make your shopping experience delightful. We hope that you are happy with every purchase that reaches your doorstep, but if not, we want to ensure a hassle free return process as best as possible. We are excited to offer free domestic standard shipping on orders over $50.00 (prior to tax)!
For domestic orders less than $50.00, a flat rate of $7.99 will be applied for standard shipping. This rate will increase for expedited shipping speeds and are dependent on the delivery location. We don't currently offer international shipping.
Note: Once an order is placed and payment has been processed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please contact us with any order concerns before making any payments.
Typically, orders will be shipped the following business day after an order is placed. Standard shipping orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
For overnight shipping, an order must be placed before 3:00 p.m.
After placing an order, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track this number on the carrier's website.
Items can be returned for a full refund postmarked within 7 days from the date the order was placed. Store credit will be applied for returned items postmarked up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned once purchased.
Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment or issued as store credit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with the original tags still attached. Items returned to us with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or other similar product stains or any other visible signs of being worn (like perfume, pet hair, smoke scent, etc) will be shipped back to the purchaser and are subject to additional shipping costs.
Damages must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. If not, a return will not be granted.
Gift Cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping cost and return shipping cost is not refundable, unless the item(s) is deemed "damaged" by the Returns Department or if item was received in error.
1. Fill out the return form included in your order.
2. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
3. Once your package is received please allow up to 10 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
